Located in Adelaide, SA, Suzuki in the City has taken the highest recognition, successfully securing Suzuki Australia's Dealer of the Year Award for 2018.

The top ten performing dealerships for the year throughout Australia were announced at a recent Suzuki Australia event in Melbourne.

Suzuki's Dealer Excellence Awards were determined by a number of key criteria including facility standards, sales to target, vehicle sales ranking, market share performance, customer satisfaction for both sales and service, service retention and finally accessory and parts sales.

Dealer Principal of Suzuki in the City, Mr. Mark Heyburn said the key to his dealerships success are the people that represent the brand.

"It comes down to great people who are committed to the brand and our customers," said Heyburn.

Whilst Suzuki Australia General Manager – Automobile, Mr. Michael Pachota said this year's awards demonstrate the Suzuki Australia dealer network's commitment to providing outstanding experience throughout the entire customer journey.

"Less than 10 points separated the top 6 - 17 dealerships in this year's awards, an incredibly close battle for a top ten position." said Pachota.

In a return for the brand, Suzuki Australia also congratulated two dealerships for successfully selling over 500 units in 2018.

Both Suzuki in the City, Adelaide SA and Gardner Suzuki, Cannington WA secured a prestigious place in what has been coined the '500 Club'.
