Yamaha Motor Australia has transformed one of its popular BeeWee
scooters into a green and gold 'Scooteroo' to celebrate the
Australian Socceroos' first appearance in football's Asian Cup and
Yamaha Motor Corporation's sponsorship of the competition.
The tribute colour scheme is a one-off design by Mark Brown from
Browns Graffix and Yamaha is giving away the Scooterooin a free to
enter competition on the YMA website at
www.yamaha-motor.com.au/scooteroo/
Anyone wishing to win this funky YW100 Scooteroo should log onto
the site and answer the question: 'Why are scooters cool?' in 25
words or less. The best answer in the judge's opinion will receive
the BeeWee Scooteroo delivered to you free of charge. The
competition starts on 14 July 2007 and ends on Friday 28 September
2007.
Look out for the Yamaha scooter ads highlighting the giveaway on
Fox Sports during the Asian Cup.
Yamaha's YW100 BeeWee is the urban guerilla scooter that packs a
punch 100cc two-stroke powerplant, enough to zip along at highway
speeds. Its twin 'bug eye' headlights ensure you can see as well as
be seen and the chunky wheels offer generous grip in all
conditions.
Plus the underseat storage can take a soccer ball or full kit,
which makes the Scooteroo the perfect vehicle for getting to the
match.
