Penrite-Pirelli CRF Honda Racing riders Kyle Webster and Jackson Richardson are making final preparations for the teams 'hometown round' of the coming weekends MX Nationals, at the Sydney Appin track at MacArthur Park on 29th April.
After a solid Round 1 at Newry Victoria, both riders have had their heads down fine-tuning their bike set up and maintaining their ridged training schedules.
Webster has undertaken some specialised training in Victoria on various MX tracks as part of his longer-term training plan for the season and feels strong and ready to race.
"I'm fairly pleased with my performance at Newry but I really want to keep progressing as I know I have more in me. Appin is always challenging but we spend a lot of time at their practice facility training most weeks so I know what to expect and am looking forward to it," said Webster.
Richardson has spent the last two weeks in his base at Brisbane, refining his bike set up and building familiarity with the new Honda.
"I love these Honda's and I've been working with the bike to find a few more settings to help me keep the 100% push at race speed. We've made some good progress and I look forward to getting to Appin," said Richardson.
