With the recent launch of the 100% pure sports YXZ1000R to the world, Yamaha invited members of the Australian Media and selected Dealers to attend a one-of-a-kind YXZ experience day in Colo Heights, NSW.
Off-road Rush Rally School's compound caters for almost every type of off-road four-wheeled motorsport and their drivers are qualified rally car driving instructors – with several members of the team still competing on the national circuit.
With a wealth of experience and knowledge behind the wheel, the instructors spent the day coaching members of the Australian media and Yamaha Dealer network to explore the YXZ1000R's potential at speed and with total control.
As the day drew to a close, it was then the instructors chance to show off the true capability of the YXZ1000R by running "hot laps" for anyone brave enough to jump in the passenger's seat!
