A couple of weeks ago, Victory had its Australasian launch of the all new Cross Country and Cross Roads up at Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Perfect weather saw the bulk of the industries journalists enjoy a 200km ride through the windy and bumpy hinterland.

These two bikes are game changers for both Victory and the touring segment. With key technologies borrowed from Victory's flagship the Vision, the Cross bikes are the new benchmark in Touring Motorcycles. The Cross Country and Cross Roads are built to exceed expectations and with 26% more storage, 60% more suspension travel and 18% more torque than their closest competitors, these bikes truly do deliver on their key attributes of Storage, Comfort and Performance.

Both bikes are powered by Victory's 106-cubic-inch Freedom V-Twin which delivers 92 horsepower and 109 foot-pounds of torque. The transmission is a 6 speed overdrive with belt final drive.

The Cross Roads:
The Cross Roads comes standard with a Traditional bent-tube highway bar, extra long floorboards, a Lexan windshield and 4.7 inches of suspension travel. The Cross Roads also has the best in class features of lowest seat height, 79.5 litres of cargo capacity and 263.6 kilograms of load capacity.

The Cross Country:
The Cross Country adds a fairing with an infotainment system including cruise control, an MP3 compatible sound system with an AM/FM two-speaker stereo and passenger floorboards. The Cross Country also has the same 4.7 inches of suspension travel as the Cross Roads with the best in class features of lowest seat height, 79.5 litres of cargo capacity and 254.5 kilograms of load capacity.

The Cross Roads is $27,995 + ORC and the Cross Country is $29,995 + ORC. Both bikes are available in Solid Midnight Cherry and Solid Black. The Cross Country is also available in Black and Graphite/Skulls. Every Victory model comes with a 24 month unlimited kilometre warranty.
